Crunchy Pasta Chips

Picture this: It’s 2AM, you’re up with a mug of coffee and a textbook that has rested way too long on your lap. Suddenly, your stomach rumbles. You know exactly what you want- but you know you don’t have it in your kitchen. Delirious from lack of sleep, you stumble to the kitchen and rummage through your cabinets. Alas, no chips. 

I’m sad to say, that’s exactly what happened to me earlier this week. Don’t worry though, I found a perfectly delicious solution to my problem. Pasta Chips. Who would have thunk?!

A crunchy alternative to chips for a great late night snack!

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup of uncooked pasta
  2. ⅛ cup canola oil
  3. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  4. 1 teaspoon chili pepper flakes
  5. ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  6. ¼ teaspoon oregano
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a skillet and mix in all the spices
  2. Add in pasta and shallow fry until they start to brown. Do not fry for too long or pasta will burn.
