Picture this: It’s 2AM, you’re up with a mug of coffee and a textbook that has rested way too long on your lap. Suddenly, your stomach rumbles. You know exactly what you want- but you know you don’t have it in your kitchen. Delirious from lack of sleep, you stumble to the kitchen and rummage through your cabinets. Alas, no chips.
- 1 cup of uncooked pasta
- ⅛ cup canola oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili pepper flakes
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon oregano
- Heat oil in a skillet and mix in all the spices
- Add in pasta and shallow fry until they start to brown. Do not fry for too long or pasta will burn.
